As a Consumer Support Specialist Sr within PNCs Equipment Finance organization, you will be based in Cincinnati, OH. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Must be in office at least twice a month (every other Tuesday is mandatory). Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager’s discretion. Consumer Support Specialist Sr will be managing accounts throughout multiple lines of business including municipalities. There will be a strong need for building customer relationships and maintaining these relationships. The managing and prevention of delinquency is critical.<h1>Job Description</h1><ul><li>Provides sales, service and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships. May serve as a customer solutions resource.</li><li>Gathers required documentation. Prepares, reviews and verifies documents and relevant information for accuracy. Performs common processing and ensures compliance with standard regulations and processes. May administer complex implementation plans and related client interactions.</li><li>Acts as a point of contact for clients, client teams or service partners and may act as an escalation point for complex client implementation and servicing issues.</li><li>Initiates, updates and verifies client, account, or transaction details in relevant systems/applications.
