As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant within PNCs Marketing, Communications and Engineering Systems organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Strongsville, OH. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion. Key Responsibilities: - Work directly with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather, analyze, and document business rules, decisioning requirements, and process flows as needed. - Analyze systems and business processes to Perform impact analysis on new requirements and existing rules, identifying potential risks and dependencies. - Gain a deep understanding of the teams rule-based systems and work to ensure the logic is correctly captured and maintained. - Translate business requirements into clear, concise, and accurate User Stories with detailed acceptance criteria for the engineering team. - Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
