🪶 You are:

A strategic and highly skilled Social Media Manager who can execute our end-to-end social media strategy, shaping how we engage with key audiences across platforms. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, thought leadership, and community engagement through compelling content and data-driven decision-making. You have experience as a seasoned social media strategist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to balance creativity with analytics, and can seamlessly translate complex topics into engaging digital narratives. 

🪶 Overall Responsibilities

• Drive Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a best-in-class social media strategy that strengthens Plumes presence across key platforms, aligning with business objectives and marketing priorities.

• Social Channels: Own and manage all social channels, including X (Twitter), YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice and high engagement.

• Content Management: Create and oversee a social content calendar that integrates thought leadership, product marketing, PR, customer success stories, and industry trends.

• Content Creation: Craft compelling social content, including posts, threads, visuals, and short-form video scripts that resonate with institutional and enterprise audiences.

• Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, growth, and leadership to amplify key campaigns and milestones.

• Flexible With Industry Trends: Monitor industry trends and conversations to ensure Plume remains at the forefront of relevant discussions, proactively positioning us as a leader in RWAs.

• Data-Driven: Deep understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

🪶 Qualifications

• Crypto Native: Strong understanding of crypto communities and deep understanding of the communities youre involved in.

• Experience: Experience in social media strategy, content creation, and digital marketing in a high-growth environment.

• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable communicating with internal teams and external partners.

• Proactive: Ability to take initiative, adapt quickly, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Execution-Focused: A strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset—able to develop high-impact campaigns while ensuring flawless day-to-day execution.

• Prove Track Record: Proven track record of growing and engaging audiences through organic and paid social media strategies.

• Narrative Creation: Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into engaging, platform-native content.
