Reporting to the Senior Director, HRBP for Sales, Marketing and Corporate Functions, you will act as a strategic thought partner and advisor to senior executives, developing a people strategy that delivers on business demands. You will support leaders navigating the complexity of change as the organization continues to grow and evolve. This role offers the opportunity to work globally, influencing leaders as we build the future of SIE. You will drive the talent strategy and play a pivotal role in enabling team innovation and success. You will advocate for ongoing learning, innovation and collaboration within teams. As the HRBP, you lead the development and execution of a Human Capital Plan (HCP) that enables transformation and improves team effectiveness. Like data? Weve got it.
