About the Role The Senior Technical Success Architect (TSA) is a high impact, fast-paced, high-visibility customer facing role that works closely with our Customer Success and Account Management teams. The TSA is a technical advisor for customers, serving as an emissary with the Platform Science Product &amp; Engineering teams. This role is critical to ensuring customers realize maximum value from our SaaS platform. They are also expected to directly and proactively build relationships with the Compliance &amp; Safety stakeholders at assigned customer accounts. Essential Responsibilities <ul> <li>​​Serve as the technical champion and strategic compliance advisor for customers </li> <li>Utilize regulatory and technical subject matter expertise to communicate incremental value and to drive utilization of Compliance &amp; Safety products to customer stakeholders</li> <li>Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Account Management, Product Management, and Engineering to be the voice of the customer and influence the product compliance roadmap</li> <li>Present ideas in a manner appropriate for the intended audience (technical and/or business) both in-person and over virtual communication</li> <li>​​Lead customer workshops and innovation sessions to explore new compliance use cases that drive business value to customers</li> <li>Participate in regular customer business review meetings (onsite &amp; virtual) </li> <li>Assist in defining customer engagement models, escalation procedures, and success metrics to measure impact</li> <li>Identify and implement tools, dashboards, and automation to streamline customer interactions, engagement and reporting</li> </ul> Experience <ul> <li>Bachelors degree in supply chain, science, technology, engineering, business or equivalent experience</li> <li>7+ years experience in SaaS working with technical accounts, product management, and or solution management</li> <li>Subject matter expert -  hours of service and ELD compliance driver/fleet management (all things FMCSA)</li> <li>Experience managing technical accounts and or solutions within a regulated industry </li> <li>Demonstrated success working with cross functional and customers to deliver results</li> <li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence executive and technical stakeholders alike.</li> <li>Proactive, self-starter with a desire to grow regulatory acumen </li> <li>Strong decision-making skills with an ability to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment</li> <li>Ability to gather, interpret and apply a wide range of data.</li> <li>Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills are critical to success in this position</li> <li>Proficiency with technical project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Productboard</li> </ul> Platform Science Benefits Highlights The company offers various benefits to regular, full-time employees including:  <ul> <li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance</li> <li>Short-term and long-term disability insurances</li> <li>AD&amp;D and life insurance</li> <li>401k plan</li> <li>Paid vacation, sick leave and holidays</li> <li>Six weeks of paid parental leave</li> </ul> For more information please see the <a href="https://cdn.prod.website-files.com/669bff820d74cda087664d6c/6876a6324d46edc6333e5394_PSC%202025%20Benefit%20Highlights.pdf">Benefits Highlights</a> brochure for regular, full-time employees. This is an exempt role. Our job titles for each posting may span across more than one job level. The estimated base salary for this role is between $107,029 and $163,423. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salaries across all US locations.
