About The Role In this role, youll be a key part of the Technical Support Representative (TSR) team, acting as a direct support and mentor for your peers. Youll be the go-to person for walk-up questions, helping to quickly resolve issues and provide real-time guidance. A major part of your job will be to monitor and maintain the health of our customer queues, making sure incoming calls are handled efficiently and our service levels are met. Youll also play a crucial part in identifying and addressing ongoing training needs. By documenting walk-up topics, youll help leaders and the training team spot trends and develop effective training materials for both new and existing TSRs. When needed, youll even provide supplemental training on specific products or recurring topics. Working closely with supervisors, youll serve as a peer leader, assisting with the coordination of service incidents and providing insights on call volume trends. Essentially, youll be an integral part of ensuring the team operates smoothly and efficiently, all while helping your colleagues grow and succeed. Our job titles for each posting may span across more than one job level. The estimated hourly rate for this position is between $24.00 and $30.00 per hour. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire hourly rates across all US locations.
