As the Global Total Rewards, Sr. Manager you will design and manage competitive compensation programs that align with Platform Science’s business strategy and values. You’ll partner with leaders and the People Experience team across North America, LATAM, and Europe to ensure our programs drive a high-performance culture while supporting employee well-being and career growth. Essential Responsibilities <ul> <li>Serve as a strategic advisor to People Experience (HR) partners and business leaders on global compensation and benefits strategy, including support for M&amp;A integration.</li> <li>Partner cross-functionally to interpret and apply compensation and benefits policies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with global pay and benefits regulations (e.g., FLSA, pay equity, transparency, retirement plan regulations etc.,)</li> <li>Lead participation in global salary surveys, analyze results, and recommend adjustments to maintain competitive pay structures.</li> <li>Oversee global retirement programs (401(k), RRSP, pensions, and other regional plans) to ensure effectiveness and compliance.</li> <li>Design, update, and maintain global salary ranges, frameworks, and job architecture.</li> <li>Lead annual merit, bonus, and incentive cycles, providing analysis and recommendations to business leaders.</li> <li>Conduct internal equity reviews and develop guidelines to support fairness and consistency.</li> <li>Develop and deliver clear, engaging communications on compensation and benefits programs, policies, and updates.</li> <li>Lead the long-term strategy for benefits programs, ensuring offerings are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with company values. Programs include health &amp; welfare, retirement, disability, life insurance, well-being, and education assistance.</li> <li>Evaluate vendor effectiveness, employee participation, cost structure, and market positioning; provide recommendations for enhancements to senior HR leadership and executive team.</li> <li>Ensure accurate and compliant administration of benefits programs and optimize systems to streamline enrollment and ongoing management.</li> <li>Represent Total Rewards in cross-functional projects, ensuring compensation and benefits perspectives are integrated into business initiatives</li> <li>This individual will act as the point person for designing, developing, and rolling out a comprehensive total compensation system across the global team. </li> <li> Equity Oversight: While daily stock program administration is outsourced, the Total Rewards leader will oversee the equity process once grants are approved at the Board level. This is an exempt role. Our job titles for each posting may span across more than one job level. The estimated base salary for this role is between $140,000 and $180,000. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salaries across all US locations.
