Partners play a key role in how Planet goes to market, supplying industry knowledge, analytics expertise, and distribution networks. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth partner experience, efficient internal processes, and high-quality program execution. You’ll support the operational backbone of our partner program, including: partner provisioning, certification tracking, contract renewals, Salesforce configuration, and referral partner onboarding. This role reports to the Partner Program Lead and collaborates closely with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, systems, legal, and marketing to make sure our partners have the access, tools, and support they need to succeed at scale. The ideal candidate has experience with CRM tools (especially Salesforce), enjoys building and optimizing processes that scale, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.</p> <p>This is a full-time, remote position based in the United States.
