Role Overview:Accounts Payable Specialist plays an integral role in a companys financial operations.By effectively managing vendors and suppliers, processing payments and cooperating on daily basis with different finance teams.  What you will do:<ul><li>Managing all payments and expenses for a company and suppliers.</li><li>Timely invoices payment with consideration of cashflow.</li><li>Monitoring accounts and outgoings, verifying unusual expenses.</li><li>Reconciling payable reports, providing forecasting.</li><li>Responding to financial queries.</li><li>Preparation of tax records for financial audits.</li><li>Analyzing invoices and expense reports, addressing open topics with stakeholders.</li><li>Resolving accounting discrepancies.</li><li>Follow up and communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment discrepancies.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date supplier records with accurate billing and contact information.</li></ul>Who you are:Successful candidate is a team player and independent problem-solver.  You are curious and look to correct root causes to prevent future service and financial impact. You have a knack for numbers, are very outcome oriented, and have strong prioritization skills. You have an excellent understanding of accounting practices and reconciliations.
