As our Strategy & Operations Associate (f/m/d) you’ll play a crucial role in scaling our internal operations and ensuring strategic initiatives are executed with focus and excellence. You’ll work closely with our VP People & Finance and collaborate across teams to coordinate impactful projects, build processes, and unlock leverage across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic execution: Drive and manage high-impact, cross-functional projects from idea to implementation.
- Process & structure: Build internal systems and routines (OKRs, planning, documentation) to help plancraft scale smoothly.
- Operational glue: Act as a coordination hub for leadership cadences and company-wide initiatives.
- Problem solver: Spot inefficiencies, propose solutions, and help teams work better together.
- Right-hand support: Enable the VP People & Finance and other leaders by taking ownership of day-to-day business ops and priorities.
- Creative contributor: Bring fresh ideas to how we work, stay curious, and help improve our operating system every day.
Are you a Match?
Must haves:
- 2–4 years experience in project management, strategy, business operations or a similar role – ideally in a SaaS/B2B or consulting context.
- Strong organizational skills with an analytical and structured mindset.
- Proven track record of independently managing strategic projects.
- High ownership, self-management, and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Curiosity for business models, team collaboration, and internal tooling.
- Fluency in German and English.
Nice to haves:
- Experience with scaling startups, operating systems (OKRs, planning), or internal tools like Notion, Personio.
- Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration (Product, GTM, RevOps).
- Interest or background in finance, org development, or strategic planning.
