You’ll own, extend, and operationalize attribution, automation, and reporting together with our Data team. Your Responsibilities <ul><li>Develop and maintain marketing dashboards across campaigns, channels, and funnel stages.</li><li>Build and manage SQL-based reports and datasets from HubSpot, GA4, and CRM data.</li><li>Lead marketing automation initiatives: design, implement, and optimize workflows in HubSpot and <a href="http://make.com/" target="_blank">Make.com</a> (email nurturing, lead scoring, CRM triggers).</li><li>Analyze marketing performance metrics (lead gen, conversion, attribution, ROAS) and provide actionable insights.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Data team to ensure clean, validated datasets and governance.</li><li>Ensure GDPR compliance, consent tracking, and reliable automation.</li><li>Identify workflow inefficiencies and drive improvements for scalability and accuracy.</li><li>Support international scaling of data models and automations for new regions.</li></ul>Must-Have Skills <ul><li>4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Analytics, or Automation.</li><li>Hands-on experience with CRM &amp; automation platforms (HubSpot, <a href="http://make.com/" target="_blank">Make.com</a>).</li><li>Strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting.</li><li>Deep understanding of funnel metrics, attribution models, and pipeline tracking.</li><li>Analytical mindset with high attention to data accuracy.</li><li>Experience with visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).</li><li>Solid grasp of GDPR and data governance principles.</li><li>Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.</li><li>Background in B2B SaaS or similar data-driven environments.</li></ul> Nice-to-Have Skills <ul><li>Python for advanced analytics or automation scripting.</li><li>Familiarity with multi-touch attribution frameworks or CDPs.</li><li>Interest in AI/ML applications in marketing analytics.</li></ul><ul><li>Team Spirit: We’re driven by passion, commitment, and a shared mission.
