In a part-time or full-time role (32–40h/week), your Dutch language skills and marketing experience will help us connect with Dutch contractors – locally, authentically, and with real impact. You’ll become part of our team and actively contribute to making plancraft the #1 SaaS solution for tradespeople in the Netherlands. Your Responsibilities <ul><li>Create and publish localized Dutch content for social media, website, and email.</li><li>Grow and manage our Dutch social channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).</li><li>Write customer success stories, collect testimonials, and collaborate with local creators.</li><li>Support SEO/SEA efforts and adapt campaign assets for the Dutch market.</li><li>Use tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and HubSpot to optimize campaign performance.</li><li>Support local events (fairs, webinars, workshops).</li><li>Collaborating across teams (Content, Brand, Performance, Product).</li><li>Planning and executing creator campaigns (briefings, content planning, payouts).</li></ul>Must-haves <ul><li>Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English (C1/C2), with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and the community.</li><li>Strong social media experience (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).</li><li>Proven ability to create marketing content (copywriting, case studies, short-form video/text).</li><li>You’re curious to explore how AI can support your work and eager to grow your skills with our support.</li><li>Basic understanding of SEO/SEA and online content optimization.</li><li>Proactive, hands-on mindset with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Comfortable working autonomously and in coordination with a remote team.</li><li>Based in or near Amsterdam, with openness to work from our local Amsterdam co-working hub at least two days per week, joining your other NL team colleagues.</li></ul> Nice-to-haves <ul><li>Experience with marketing tools / ads managers.</li><li>Affinity with or understanding of the construction/trades industry.</li><li>Experience with creator marketing or influencer outreach.</li><li>Familiarity with email marketing and campaign workflows.</li><li>Previous experience in a startup or scale-up environment.</li></ul><ul><li>Team Spirit: We’re driven by passion, commitment, and a shared mission.
