Founded in 2013, the company is headquartered in San Francisco with offices in New York, Washington D.C., London and Amsterdam.</span></div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Defining and scaling Plaid’s content strategy to drive demand generation and brand awareness.</li><li>Building a high-functioning editorial operation, ensuring voice and tone consistency across channels, and elevating Plaid’s brand through high-quality, integrated content.</li><li>Owning Plaid’s editorial calendar across Plaid’s owned channels.</li><li>Managing Plaid’s blog and customer and partner newsletters, ensuring editorial voice, tone, and quality standards across all content.</li><li>Overseeing organic social strategy to develop an engaging social presence for Plaid that grows comprehension for our products and trust in our brand.</li><li>Partnering across marketing to align content with launches, campaigns, and demand generation goals.</li><li>Building processes that streamline creation, increase output, and ensure cross-channel alignment.</li><li>Managing and mentoring a lean content team and agencies.</li><li>Measuring content performance and sharing insights.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>15+ years of content marketing or editorial experience, with a focus on B2B or fintech.</li><li>8+ years of experience in building and managing high-performing content teams.</li><li>Strong editorial judgment with ability to establish and enforce high editorial standards and a consistent voice.</li><li>Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives that simplify complex topics.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to assess content performance and drive program strategy.</li><li>Willing to flex across strategy and execution.
