As our new junior financial analyst you will participate in close activities, short- and long-term planning, periodic reviews, financial and operational reporting and ad-hoc analyses.</div><div><br /></div><div>This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their finance career who is looking to make significant contributions to the finance team and the organization’s growth and development. </div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><h3>Your new adventure:</h3><ul><li>Support regular SaaS metrics reporting, including variance and trend analysis</li><li>Assist with monthly close activities by preparing data reports and reviewing key metrics</li><li>Conduct initial investigation into monthly variances and help prepare insights and provide recommendations to department leaders</li><li>Contribute to the revenue forecasting process, working with senior team members and leadership to refine inputs and track actuals vs. forecast</li><li>Monitor top-line business drivers and help maintain consistent tracking</li><li>Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes across multiple business functions</li><li>Collaborate with team members to prepare internal reports and business reviews (monthly, quarterly, and annual)</li><li>Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization platforms (Tableau)</li><li>Analyze trends in performance indicators like revenue, customer churn, pricing execution, net revenue retention and cost drivers</li><li>Support cross-functional teams with financial input and analysis, becoming a trusted partner over time to key department leaders</li><li>Maintain a high level of data accuracy and ensure reporting consistency</li><li>Take on ad-hoc financial analysis projects and support process improvement initiatives</li><li>Contribute to streamline planning and reporting processes using technology and automation</li><div><br /></div></ul><h3>Does this sound like you?</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field is required</li><li>Master’s degree is preferred</li><li>1–2 years of experience in financial analysis, business support, FP&amp;A, or SaaS finance (internships and/or junior roles)</li><li>Strong Excel/Google Workspace/Financial data modeling and visualization skills</li><li>Exposure to financial planning processes (e.g. budgeting, forecasting, or reporting cycles)</li><li>Familiarity with SaaS metrics (e.g. ARR, churn, CAC) and interest in building expertise</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail</li><li>Eagerness to learn new tools and systems (experience with SQL, ERP, Vena, or BI tools like Tableau is a plus)</li><li>Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)</li><li>Ability to simplify complex financial analysis into actionable data-based insights for the business </li><li>Comfortable managing multiple tasks and timelines, with strong organizational skills</li><li>Great attitude and team player</li><li>A proactive, curious mindset and collaborative approach to working with others</li><li>A continuous improvement attitude - excitement to contribute ideas and learn from feedback</li><div><br /></div></ul><h3>Why Pipedrive:</h3><ul><li><b>People-first culture - </b>Be part of a team that values authenticity, champions collaboration, and supports each other—no egos, just teamwork.
