Creating a career you love? It’s Possible.</p></div><p>We are hiring for an Ads Safety Specialist to join our Account &amp; Commercial Operations, Enforcement Ops Team based in the US. This role will have a direct impact on supporting Pinterest’s growth by outsourcing the reviews of new ad products, while also protecting Pinners by ensuring accurate and effective vendor enforcement.  In addition to the vendor teams, you’ll work closely with the other A&amp;CO team members, the Policy Team, the Vendor Management Team, our BPOs and be in close collaboration with other Trust &amp; Safety colleagues. This role is an exciting opportunity to work with a mix of stakeholders while being involved in quickly expanding ads space.<br /><br /></p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage operational workflows and processes to ensure prevention of ad policy violations.</li> <li>Act as a point of contact for cross functional partners for policy/enforcement inquiries.</li> <li>Oversee new ad product launches with the vendor teams, managing enforcement guideline training and launch communications.</li> <li>Manage quality assurance process for ads workflows, providing insights and clarifications to mitigate quality gaps with both vendors and internal teams.</li> <li>Investigate complex Ads investigations to ensure XFN support.</li> <li>Write and/or update internal and external documentation, including status updates, comm docs, FAQs, etc.<br /><br /></li> </ul> <p><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.</li> <li>5+ years experience in the tech industry working in the enforcement / Ads space.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience in an operational and/or support role.</li> <li>A customer-focused individual who shows inquisitiveness: you put Pinners and Partners first and propose solutions that provide a safer experience for both.</li> <li>Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to evaluate issues objectively.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience working on multiple projects simultaneously; remains focused and productive.</li> <li>A strong communicator that can confidently present learnings and influence stakeholders using data-driven solutions.</li> <li>A balance of being a strong independent worker but can also work well as part of a broader team.<br /><br /></li> </ul> <p><strong>Relocation Statement:</strong></p> <ul> <li>This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
