It’s Possible.</p></div><p>The Business Development team at Pinterest is responsible for developing partner strategy, as well as sourcing, evaluating, executing and managing partnerships that are a critical lever for growth and progress of the company against key strategic initiatives. The team works closely with senior leadership, product, marketing, legal and revenue teams to deliver these partnerships. </p> <p> </p> <p>The Business Development Lead for Generative AI Partnerships will source and evaluate new partnerships and manage existing strategic partnerships with strategic technology platform companies to help drive growth and engagement on Pinterest.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead partner strategy, business development, and partner management for Generative AI at Pinterest</li> <li>Actively monitor, synthesize, inform, and action the industry landscape to identify opportunities</li> <li>Lead the process of identifying partnerships to pursue, including building the business case through strategic/financial analysis and due diligence </li> <li>Negotiate complex deals </li> <li>Build relationships with leaders at emerging and established companies in the generative AI space</li> <li>Coordinate deal execution and partner management across relevant teams including product, engineering, legal, and marketing</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>You have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience and 8+ years of work experience in business development with demonstrated experience leading complex deals. </li> <li>You have experience managing Generative AI partnerships and/or a passion for the space</li> <li>You are strategic, driven, and analytical with a passion for consumer technology</li> <li>You are comfortable navigating the evolving technology landscape.</li> <li>You are experienced in performing broad quantitative analysis and negotiating complex deals</li> <li>You have the ability to work effectively with cross-functional senior executives in a rapidly changing environment </li> </ul> <p><strong>Relocation Statement:</strong></p> <ul> <li>This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
