You’ll be part of a close-knit <b>team of 2</b> dedicated to Talent Acquisition and a manager, focusing on our <b>R&amp;D department (Engineering, Product) and IT &amp; Security</b>. Together, we aim to build an outstanding candidate journey and attract the brightest talents to help Pigment thrive.</div><h3>What youll do </h3><ul><li><b>Headhunt top talent</b> for our Engineering, Product, IT, and Security teams by understanding needs, sourcing proactively, and reaching out to great profiles.</li><li><b>Assess candidates</b> through screening applications and the all hiring process until the onboarding for the roles you own.</li><li><b>Deliver an excellent candidate experience</b>, making every interaction meaningful and aligned with our values.</li><li><b>Partner with hiring managers / </b>Interviewers, coaching them on best practices and sharing feedback to make hiring smoother and sharper.</li><li><b>Own projects that shape our TA strategy</b>:  Candidate experience improvements (communication flows, feedback loops, transparency), Interview calibration and training with hiring managers, Employer branding initiatives to strengthen our visibility in the tech ecosystem, etc.</li><li><b>Track and share insights</b> by monitoring talent acquisition metrics to celebrate successes and spot areas for improvement.</li></ul><h3>Who you are </h3><ul><li>You already have solid experience in <b>Talent Acquisition</b> within a <b>fast-growing environment</b>, with exposure to <b>Engineering hiring (from Junior to Staff engineer)</b>.</li><li>You bring an <b>entrepreneurial mindset: </b>you enjoy challenges, move fast, and aren’t afraid to get hands-on.</li><li>You have <b>great communication skills</b>: you connect easily with people, build trust with candidates and colleagues, and know how to pitch with impact.</li><li>You’re <b>organized and structured</b>, able to lead projects and make the most of productivity tools to juggle priorities.</li><li>You’re <b>curious and eager to learn</b>, thriving when given autonomy.</li><li>You’re <b>pragmatic and problem-solving oriented</b>, with an analytical eye to back decisions.</li><li>You’re fluent in <b>French &amp; English</b>, both spoken and written, as you’ll be working with international candidates daily.</li></ul><h3>What we offer </h3><ul><li>Competitive package</li><li>Equitiy</li><li>Healthcare: Alan Blue for you and your family</li><li>Brand new offices in the heart of Paris, London,  New York, and Toronto</li><li>Remote-friendly policy</li></ul><div><span><i>We conduct background checks as part of our hiring process, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in the countries where we operate.
