You will oversee the onboarding enablement for our new hires training programs, using data and feedback from sales leadership to identify areas for improvement and guide the Enablement Trainer on curriculum updates. Working closely with Revenue leadership, you’ll co-design sales processes to ensure maximum adoption and productivity. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with internal experts and sales coaches to reinforce Pigment’s sales methodology and develop key soft skills within the revenue team.</span></div><h3>Additional Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Coordinate training with the support of cross functional teams to deliver tactical onboarding projects </li><li>Maintain a high quality standard for all internal sales content and create relevant documentation to support the sales process, methodology and tools adoption</li><li>Orchestrate internal communications to sales to ensure sales readiness at all times for onboarding training</li><li>Maintain &amp; review tooling (GONG, Outreach, Yoodli, Consensus, Cognism, Zoom info, Navigator) to ensure that it meets revenue teams needs and that all revenue staff are accurately trained </li><li>Evaluate sales enablement programs and sales teams progress to goals linked to enablement programs (effectiveness)</li><li>Propose improvements and corrective measures when necessary</li></ul><h3>Minimum Requirements</h3><ul><li>2+ years of experience designing &amp; delivering onboarding and/or bootcamps for new hire training programs</li><li>5+ years experience in a Sales, Sales Enablement or Sales Operations position</li><li>5+ years of experience in Program Management, Consulting, Human Capital or a Sales related role</li><li>Experience working with sales tools (sales automation, CRM, etc.). Experience working with Salesforce, SalesNav, Outreach, Gong and/or Hubspot is a plus</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Knowledge of B2B software sales methodologies</li><li>Experience in creating high-quality content and managing training experience in the technology / SaaS industry</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) experience is a plus</li><li>French Language proficiency is a plus</li></ul><h3>What we offer</h3><ul><li>Competitive compensation package; $130,000 - 145,000 OTE (USD / NYC &amp; SF)</li><li>Stock options to ensure you have a stake in Pigments growth</li><li>Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, &amp; vision insurance coverage for you &amp; your loved ones</li><li>We encourage you to take the time you need.
