<h3>Job Title</h3>Manager, Equipment Trade-In &amp; Analytics (Nashville, TN)<h3>Job Description</h3>Manager, Equipment Trade-In &amp; Analytics (Nashville, TN)Responsible for managing global equipment trade-ins through the international Philips Trade-In Desk (TID), overseeing broker/vendor relationships, and providing market analysis to optimize equipment and parts purchasing.Your role:<ul><li>Serve as lead point of contact with the international Philips Trade-In Desk (TID) for competitive equipment, ensuring smooth communication, payment processing, status updates, and project tracking.</li><li>Oversee international trade-in desk operations, including equipment deinstallation, logistics, and transportation.</li><li>Manage broker relationships: identify, vet, and negotiate with system brokers across modalities, resolve conflicts, and coordinate bidding processes.</li><li>Oversee vendor management as sole contact for APM-approved brokers/suppliers, resolving conflicts and ensuring compliance.</li><li>Conduct daily market analysis on equipment and spare parts (including big iron, portables, and components) to inform purchasing decisions.</li></ul>Youre the right fit if:<ul><li>3+ years of experience in areas such as Service Delivery, Service Operations or equivalent.</li><li>Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business Management or equivalent.</li><li>You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this <a href="http://www.careers.philips.com/na/en/office/remote-sedentary-work-physical,-cognitive-and-environmental-pce-job-requirements" target="_blank">position</a>.</li><li>Expertise in operational excellence methodologies, service operations, capability assessment, resource planning and allocation, and process improvements.</li></ul>How we work togetherWe believe that we are better together than apart.
