We are seeking an experienced and motivated Executive Recruiter to join our Executive Search team, where you will play a key role in senior leadership searches. Collaborating with the Executive Search Consultant, you will recruit top-tier talent for senior roles, engaging with a wide range of internal stakeholders. This position involves significant responsibility and visibility, combining research, assessment, and relationship-building to deliver outstanding service to our hiring teams. As an Executive Recruiter, youll proactively reach out to key executives, showcasing opportunities at Philips and assessing their fit based on specific criteria. Youll present qualified candidates to the hiring team, keep candidates informed, and support final project phases. Additionally, youll gather research on executives across industry segments and communicate market insights into the global team, packaging information for leadership. By developing expertise in executive search intelligence, you will meet Philips recruitment needs across multiple segments and functions.
Your role:
Collaborate closely with the Executive Search Consultant to drive advisory and execution for the global account portfolio, focusing on industry trends and talent needs. Define executive hiring requirements, develop cost-effective and results-driven search strategies, and deliver personalized experiences to attract and secure the best internal and external executive hires.
Execute search strategies either independently or in partnership with an Executive Search Consultant across a global portfolio. Actively participate in client kickoff meetings, define key roles and search strategies, and identify exceptional executive-level talent using diverse tactics and channels. Provide insights on candidate fit, close in on the qualified candidates, and manage updates and reporting to ensure high-quality data captures.
Continuously build expertise in market, talent, and executive search, offering strategic insights gained from thorough industry research. Partner with People function pillars, such as Enterprise Talent Management and Rewards Services, to craft executive offer packages. Maintain a strong talent pool by proactively engaging executives, ensuring Philips database is updated with new talent and assignment information.
Youre the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 7+ years of experience recruiting executive-level talent both in-house, with agencies, and in retained search. Your ability to support pitches, manage commercial negotiations, and secure new searches with agencies makes you a standout candidate, while your experience in the healthcare industry further demonstrates your capability to effectively recruit in specialized sectors.
Your skills encompass the development of global recruitment strategies—from identification to closing—with advanced passive recruiting abilities. You excel in using complex internet searches, networking groups, diversity resources, and competitor research to build pipelines of executive-level talent. Proficient in CRM software and executive search tools, you stand out for your ability to support pitches, manage negotiations, and secure new agency searches. Experience in the healthcare industry further highlights your effectiveness in specialized recruitment.
You have a minimum of a Bachelor’s, with a Masters Degree, preferably in Art or Science.

You excel at building trust with executives, using behavioral-based interviewing to identify top talent. With strong business acumen and project management skills, you drive results as a talent ambassador and trusted advisor to senior audiences. Your deep market and candidate knowledge, combined with resilience, allows you to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals and adapt to industry trends effectively.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $132,000 to $209,000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives, may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
