ROLE SUMMARYThe Senior Manager, Global Access Strategy and Pricing Oncology (GASP-O) role directly impacts the ability to achieve business objectives on a global basis by providing strategic support on access, value, and pricing strategy on the Oncology Pipeline and Portfolio &amp; Market Engagement Global Access and Value (GAV) Teams. She/he will report to the Portfolio &amp; Market Engagement GASP Team Lead with a focus on the 3SBio 707 pipeline programs and will support the development of cross-portfolio access strategies for oncology.She /he will partner with cross-functional teams and key prioritized markets to support the the access and value potential of the 3SBio 707 pipeline programs and recommend development approaches that will drive access and value success. This position will also prepare the organization for success within the evolving payer landscape by supporting the development and implementation of cross-portfolio access strategies to optimize value recognition for oncology products.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Evaluate the value and access potential for the 3SBio 707 programs across key indications and markets</li><li>Develop an early integrated value and access strategy (IVAS) for select programs, and recommend product development approaches that can drive access and value success</li><li>Formulate an early payer value proposition applicable for key global markets.</li><li>Collaborate with our HVE counterparts to identify key evidence needs of key markets</li><li>Support driving and maintaining functional excellence, IVAS, and tactical execution.</li><li>Provide Global payer insights to understand/meet the needs of all types of payers in key Pfizer markets.</li><li>Develop clear recommendations relating to payer strategy, pricing and reimbursement, evidence generation, data collection and value proposition in oncology.</li><li>Achieving the above will require participation in cross functional team, and when necessary, convene and coordinate taskforce deployments related to specific asset threats and opportunities.</li><li>Develop ideas, manage plans to achieve objectives and lead or co-lead projects across the division.</li><li>Facilitate the development, implementation, and management of business strategies.</li><li>Manage the development of the project plan with cross functional teams to deliver the program on time, within schedule, and within budget.</li><li>Develop and execute communication plan to ensure effective and timely communication between the core team and functional management, senior management, and external partners.</li></ul>Generate &amp; synthesize Global payer Insights<ul><li>Contribute to in-depth understanding of payer perspectives, regulations, and requirements of relevant payers types (e.g., HTA agencies, institutions, and patients) in key Pfizer markets</li></ul><ul><li>Create and maintain expertise in payer regulations and priorities across major countries/archetypes in the region, and contribute to team MA &amp; Pricing knowledge base</li><li>Assess and communicate of external access trends to anticipate potential challenges and opportunities for pipeline &amp; inline portfolio</li><li>Gather and synthesize feedback for development programs with health technology assessment agencies, payers, and relevant patient associations within assigned region</li></ul>Develop Payer Value Proposition and drive market access strategy<ul><li>Develop the access strategy and development of early Payer Value Proposition</li><li>Contribute to the Payer Evidence strategy and its incorporation in the asset development program</li><li>Refine deliverables by payer archetypes and regions</li></ul>Pricing strategy &amp; access strategy and decision support<ul><li>Support the global value and access strategy for 3SBio 707 Pipeline programs</li><li>Contribute to development of the Global Pricing and Access Strategy (GPA) to optimize the business opportunity for Pfizer, following appropriate approval governance.</li><li>Provide guidance to appropriate countries on managing product launch within proposed price corridors and contribute to country best practice sharing.</li><li>Support the development of cross-portfolio access strategies and deliverables such as combination pricing and value-based agreements (VBA).</li></ul>Advance Functional Excellence in MA<ul><li>Work efficiently and collaboratively in a highly matrixed environment</li><li>Manage project budget and timelines</li></ul>In addition, you will be expected to:<ul><li>Champion the access priorities internally and improve understanding of payer needs</li><li>Ensure effective engagement with key internal stakeholder groups such as other GAV teams, Global Commercial, Medical, Marketing, and Regulatory</li></ul>This role will have a significant impact on a number of key deliverables, such as:<ul><li>Ability to manage growth risk due to threats such as competitor pricing, payer policy changes, and the success of replacement earnings through new launches (securing price and reimbursement)</li><li>Ability to help patients do more, feel better and live longer amidst a challenging macroeconomic environment and barriers to access</li><li>The overall revenue which can be achieved from the R&amp;D organization by optimizing the value that can be created from the medicines in the pipeline</li></ul>BASIC QUALIFICATIONSCandidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, oversee, and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree minimum required;
