Your innovative use of communication tools andtechniques will facilitate explaining difficult issues and establishing consensus between teams.It is your hard work and dedication that will make Pfizer ready to achieve new milestones and help patients across the globe.What You Will AchieveIn this role, you will:<ul><li>Provide 24x7x365 support of our automation systems and perform automation activities for capital, non-capital projects, and routine production.</li><li>Contribute to the completion of projects, manage own time on agreed targets, develop plans for own projects and leads small project teams.</li><li>Monitor, generate and complete the periodic review, automation master plan for the area.</li><li>Responsible for routine and preventive maintenance work, ensure all the equipment and facilities work safely, efficiently, and reliably.</li><li>Demonstrate good planning, organizing, time management and team participation skills.</li><li>Generate and develop standard operating procedures and system support.</li><li>Analyze operational process problems, recommend and implement appropriate corrective and preventative actions.</li><li>Manage change control authoring and execution.</li><li>Participate in the site team to provide cybersecurity alignment and direction.</li><li>Modify moderately complex to highly complex control logic that requires a degree of scientific and/or manufacturing process expertise.</li><li>Mentor and guide junior staff and serve as a technical trainer, whenever necessary.</li><li>Clearly communicate progress and issues to peers.</li></ul>Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)<ul><li>Applicant must have a bachelors degree with at least 2 years of</li><li>experience; OR a masters degree with more than 0+ years of experience; OR an associates degree with 6 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 8 years of relevant experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of Computerized Systems, Compliance regulations and standards </li><li>Experience with programming industrial control systems such as DCS, PLCs, SCADA systems, Historians, or SQL Server. </li><li>Demonstrated experience in project management to timelines and budgets  </li><li>Experience in troubleshooting issues to root cause and recommending and implementing effective corrective actions. </li><li>Experience with writing software test plans, user requirements, and system design </li><li>documents </li><li>Teamwork spirit, good communication skills and training abilities </li><li>Excellent interpersonal effectiveness and communication skills {written and oral} </li></ul>Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)<ul><li>Relevant pharmaceutical experience</li><li>The ideal candidate should have background in cGMP regulations and the practical application of those methodologies to control systems.</li><li>Understanding of programming, and proficiency in at least one language</li><li>Understanding of network infrastructure, windows servers, and virtualization</li><li>Technical Troubleshooting experience within tight timelines.</li><li>Knowledge of site systems such as Aveeva PI, Rockwell PLCs, Factory Talk View, Microsoft SQL Server, Rockwell Batch, or similar technologies</li></ul>    PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple priorities. </li><li>Ability to perform tasks such as lifting, sitting, standing, walking, bending, and performing test runs/troubleshooting.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address process and equipment issues.</li><li>Physical presence on the manufacturing floor may be required.</li></ul>NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS <ul><li>Ability to work extended hours, holidays and/or weekends as needed.</li><li>Flexibility with work schedule onsite (majority)/ offsite (remote)</li><li>Availability to support operations during non-working hours</li></ul> Relocation support available Work Location Assignment: On PremiseThe annual base salary for this position ranges from $80,300.00 to $133,900.00.
