You will support and mentor a team of Engineers while delivering large-scale projects from start-to-finish, and given our people-first approach, your elevated level of contribution will strengthen our culture of inclusion, mentorship, and continuous learning. As a leader of Perpay’s Engineering team, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders ranging from entry-level contributors to senior-level executives. The ideal candidate has a bias toward action, and ownership of moving the business forward.
