We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics Data Analyst to join our PepsiCo Transportation Service technology team. This role is critical to drive data insights and automation for PepsiCo freight brokerage business and develop actionable strategies that directly impact PepsiCo North America’s $2B annual transportation spend. Our Opportunity! As the Logistics Data Analyst you’ll dig into data to spot opportunities, simplify how we work, and build smart, scalable solutions. You’ll tackle meaningful projects that support our frontline teams and bring a fresh, problem-solving perspective. Youll also build strong relationships across teams and levels, working closely with partners to turn insights into real impact. This is someone who knows their way around data tools (such as Python, Power BI, Tableau and SQL), loves solving problems, stays curious and creative, and isn’t afraid to build connections to get things done. This person must be based in Plano, TX for our hybrid working model. Responsibilities Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that improve operational efficiency Use Python, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI to build dashboards, reports, and automation reporting tools Support daily brokerage and logistics operations with actionable analytics Collaborate with internal teams to understand data needs and deliver innovative solutions Assist in identifying and implementing new technologies to fill operational gaps Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures for analytics and reporting processes Support KPI development and reporting to track business performance Participate in vendor and technology evaluations as needed Contribute to training materials and support rollout of analytical tools to end users Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $64,300 - $107,650. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required 1-2 years of relevant professional experience, or relevant internship/project experience required Proven experience with data tools such as Power BI/Tableau and SQL required Familiarity with Python is a plus Strong problem-solving mindset and curiosity to explore data-driven solutions Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across both technical and non-technical teams Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality Creative thinker with a continuous improvement mindset Team-oriented with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic business environment Schedule: Employees will work from home on Mondays and Fridays, while Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays will be on-site at Frito Lay Headquarters in Plano, TX.
