Responsibilities and Qualifications: Proactively develop and implement comprehensive supplier and sourcing strategies for technology ($50 - $100MM) that continually improve quality, cost, and service across all PepsiCo business operations. Drive the sourcing process, lead sourcing, support Master Services Agreements, Statement of Work development, and analyze/evaluate rates to optimize supplier engagements. Understanding of technology industry in consulting or strategy formulation capacity and/or track record of working with suppliers such as e.g., IBM, SAP, PwC, Deloitte, EY, Cognizant, HCL, Infosys, Microsoft, Oracle, Symantec. Work with cross-divisional business teams such as Strategy &amp; Transformation team, Legal, and Finance in the successful implementation of strategies, contract negotiations, and sourcing/transformation execution. Drive annual productivity targets for PepsiCo Inc. Work with PepsiCo and industry specialists leading sourcing strategy and execution (RFS, RFP, RFQ, RFI, etc.) Drive process efficiencies and eliminate waste. Success in role can lead to various other positions across PepsiCo such as global Procurement function, Supply Chain and Operations, Strategy and Transformation etc. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 - $178,100. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
