This is a unique opportunity to drive both the scaling of multi-billion-dollar stablecoins and the 0-to-1 development of new asset classes, all while working across engineering, commercial, and regulatory teams.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do </strong></p> <ul> <li>Set the Strategy: Define and execute the roadmap for our stablecoin infrastructure and new tokenized assets, keeping Paxos at the forefront of blockchain innovation.</li> <li>Build &amp; Scale: Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of asset orchestration APIs, multi-chain capabilities, and custody infrastructure for enterprise clients.</li> <li>Innovate: Drive 0-to-1 tokenization efforts for new asset classes, turning customer needs and market trends into industry-shaping products.</li> <li>Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with engineering, compliance, and commercial teams to deliver solutions that are scalable, secure, and regulatory ready.</li> <li>Engage with Customers: Partner directly with some of the world’s largest institutions to understand their needs and ensure our infrastructure exceeds expectations.</li> <li>Drive Growth: Accelerate adoption of both stablecoins and new tokenized assets, in partnership with commercial teams</li> </ul> <p><strong>About you </strong></p> <ul> <li>Product Management experience at a B2B SaaS, fintech, or infrastructure company</li> <li>Proven record of building and scaling high-growth products, ideally in payments, digital assets, or blockchain</li> <li>Experience with both 0-to-1 innovation and scaling of established platforms</li> <li>Technical acumen (comfortable working with APIs, blockchain protocols, and engineering teams)</li> <li>Strong communication and leadership skills; able to inspire and mobilize cross-functional teams</li> </ul> <p>Bonus Points For</p> <ul> <li>Experience with financial infrastructure, stablecoins, or asset tokenization</li> <li>Deep curiosity about the future of finance and new technologies</li> <li>Passion for collaborating in a diverse, mission-driven team</li> </ul> <p><strong>Important Notice for Paxos Applicants</strong></p> <p>We’ve become aware of fraudulent accounts posting as Paxos recruiters on LinkedIn and other platforms.
