Pax8 is looking for a dynamic Security Program Manager to join our Academy team and lead the charge in promoting security awareness and best practices. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, this role is perfect for you!
What Youll Do:
- Be a Thought Leader: Develop and maintain a reputation as a security expert within Pax8 and the broader channel. Create original content and promote Pax8 personas in the MSP, SMB, and Mid-Market business arenas.
- Support and Educate: Provide expert knowledge and support to partners and the wider solution provider community. Help them reduce risk, become operationally efficient, and seize growth opportunities.
- Create Compelling Content: Work within the Academy Team to deliver engaging security content, including services, training, products, and events for Pax8 partners.
- Collaborate and Curate: Partner with regional security teams to stay ahead of industry trends and share valuable insights with MSPs and Vendor Partners.
- Advise and Align: Serve as an advisor to the AMER Partner Services function and liaise with corporate functions and marketing teams to ensure consistent security messaging.
- Engage and Represent: Create multimedia content for PR and media, and represent Pax8 at channel events to simplify complex security topics and share best practices.
- Drive Personal Growth: Continuously improve your skills and knowledge through Pax8s learning and development programs.
What Youll Bring:
- Experience: Substantial security experience, ideally in the SMB marketplace, with a deep understanding of the Americas security landscapes.
- Networking Skills: Ability to build strong formal and informal relationships inside and outside the organization.
- Communication: Proficiency in developing and delivering clear, multi-mode communications tailored to different audiences.
- Customer Focus: A knack for building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.

Qualifications:
- Education: B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Certifications: Familiarity with security frameworks such as CMMC, NIST 500/NIST 800, and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Power BI.

Compensation:
- This role offers a base salary of $131,250 per year, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) potential of $150,000 per year through commission and bonuses.
