You’ll be surrounded by passionate, creative, and humorously offbeat colleagues who believe in doing great work—and having fun while doing it.</p> <hr /> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <h4>Campaign Activation &amp; Optimization</h4> <ul> <li>Launch and manage paid media campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Reddit, and Google.</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally to define audience targeting, creative assets, and messaging.</li> <li>Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for performance, efficiency, and lead quality.</li> </ul> <h4>Performance Monitoring &amp; Analysis</h4> <ul> <li>Conduct daily reviews of campaign metrics and proactively identify optimization opportunities.</li> <li>Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns using data-driven insights.</li> </ul> <h4>Lead Management &amp; Delivery</h4> <ul> <li>Ensure consistent quarterly lead delivery to sales teams.</li> <li>Enrich and validate lead data for quality assurance.</li> <li>Coordinate with third-party vendors for lead acquisition and performance tracking.</li> </ul> <h4>Strategic Collaboration</h4> <ul> <li>Participate in campaign kick-offs and POD meetings, contributing to go-to-market strategy.</li> <li>Recommend audience parameters, tactics, and time-in-market strategies.</li> <li>Identify opportunities for innovation and testing to keep Pax8 at the forefront of demand generation.</li> </ul> <hr /> <h3><strong>Skills &amp; Experience</strong></h3> <h4>Core Skills</h4> <ul> <li>2–4 years of experience managing paid media campaigns, ideally in B2B or performance marketing.</li> <li>Hands-on expertise in platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Reddit, and Google Search.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.</li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li> <li>Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.</li> </ul> <h4>Education</h4> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Compensation:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $68,000/yr to $85,000/yr or more depending on experience.</li> </ul> <p>Expected Closing Date: 09/30/2025</p><div><div>*** <span><strong>Colorado law requires an estimated closing date for job postings.
