Were continuing to invest heavily in building the best creator products with the best team in the creator economy and are looking for a Inbound Sales Operations Associate to support our mission
This role is based in San Francisco or Remote with a preference for applicants based in SF, NYC, or LA. Applicants must be able to be in-office 2 days per week on a hybrid work model. Candidates must be able to work during USA time zones that overlap with our teams Eastern and Pacific Time zones.
The Sales Strategy & Operations Associate plays a critical role in supporting scaled outreach strategy to hundreds of creators that sign up on Patreon everyday. This role will support all different stages of the email outreach campaigns, from campaign strategy > execution > reporting
This role will support the Inbound Creator Acquisition team meet and exceed its growth goals in 2025!
About the Role
Creator Strategy: Work with the Inbound Acquisition lead and cross-functional teams to identify strategic opportunities across different stages of the creator journey
Experimentation: Work with Design, PMM and Creator Acquisition team to create and test different email copies that help identify what messaging work best
Reporting: Work with the Inbound Acquisition Lead to set up reporting of key metrics for the inbound funnel
Communication: Summarize and publish key findings from a study to relevant audiences. Make a Stop / Start / Pause / Modify decision based on the findings
Optimization: Work on continuously identify areas of opportunity to streamline and optimize processes
About You
3+ years of experience in sales/marketing operations roles
Data-tracking and reporting: Experience in using SQL and visualization tools for analysis and reporting (python experience is nice to have)
Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, effective at facilitating open and sometimes difficult community/customer conversations with a positive, solutions-oriented outlook
Organized and detail-oriented: Able to sequence tasks and manage time effectively
Superfan of creator and internet culture: Direct experience with creators or as a creator is a nice-to-have
