You have a few years’ experience serving as a concierge or front desk-associate and may even have a hospitality, customer experience, or events management background. You enjoy interacting with others and are a natural ‘people person’ that goes above and beyond to anticipate and deliver on the needs of others. You have a track record of owning problems from discovery to resolution, and you equally enjoy rolling up your sleeves to help out the team where needed - whether that be stocking supplies, or taking on tasks outside of your purview. Equally importantly, you put on your thinking cap to design long-term solutions that continue to iterate and improve upon our service experience in the front of house. This role will report into the Center Operations Manager. What you’ll do: <ul> <li>Serve as the greeter to members, checking them in, seamlessly handing them off to our team, and noting opportunities to improve our experience</li> <li>Cross-check appointments on multiple platforms and troubleshoot member issues.</li> <li>Following health and safety guidelines in Pantry and keeping a clean and sanitary work environment</li> <li>Prep and serve beverages for members and guests and sale of prepackaged snacks</li> <li>Manage sales management systems for EMR and Pantry sales to garner insights to improve retail offerings and member experience</li> <li>Assist Center Manager in reordering Pantry, Center supplies and team lunches.</li> <li>Serve as the hub for inquiries at the Parsley Health Center and assist members with labs, insurance, supplement purchases.</li> <li>Utilize our existing practice management systems to support clinical operations and provide world-class customer service</li> <li>Complete analytical tasks in collaboration with Clinical Operations, Lab Operations, Membership Experience, and Field Operations (i.e mail sorting, fax triage, patient portal queue, lab queue and medical records)</li> <li>Respond to inbound messages and calls, offering timely support with scheduling, tech issues, and general inquiries.</li> <li>Assist with medical representative support, including scheduling, maintaining inventory of samples, and coordinating shipping logistics.</li> <li>Provide onsite support for events, member activations, and Center-hosted programming.</li> <li>Serve as the point person for administering open or close procedures</li> <li>Work 8am-5pm, flexibility to work longer hours if needed</li> </ul> What you’ll need: <ul> <li>To be located in New York, and available for 40 hours per week for full-time work</li> <li>2+ years experience of in-person (i.e. non-remote) hospitality, office management, concierge, customer service, or events production</li> <li>Deep-seated organizational skills and an innate desire for cleanliness and order; everything has a neat place in your ideal world, and you enjoy ensuring everyone around you has what they need to succeed</li> <li>An energetic, outgoing, friendly, genuine, and professional attitude</li> <li>A sincere sense of responsibility, accountability, and reliability</li> <li>A get-stuff-done and no-task-too-small attitude; willingness to dive into the details and flex to support the team as needed; a passion for scalable processes and operations improvement</li> </ul> Nice-to-haves: <ul> <li>Familiarity using a MacBook, Google suite, Slack and Zoom</li> </ul> Benefits and Compensation: <ul> <li>Equity Stake</li> <li>401(k) + Employer Matching program</li> <li>Complimentary Parsley Health Complete Care membership</li> <li>Subsidized Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plan options</li> <li>Generous flexible time off plan </li> <li>Annual professional development stipend</li> <li>Annual wellness stipend</li> </ul> Parsley Health is committed to providing an equitable, fair and transparent compensation program for all employees. The starting salary for this role is $18-21/hour, depending on skills and experience. We take a geo-neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
