If youre a hands-on engineer with a deep understanding of cloud technologies and a desire to contribute to groundbreaking solutions, we encourage you to apply.</div><h3>What Youll Do:</h3><ul><li><b>Design and develop robust cloud-native applications</b> and services within our cloud environment.</li><li>Provide <b>technical leadership and mentorship</b> to junior engineers, sharing your expertise and fostering best practices within the team.</li><li>Contribute to <b>elevating the teams software development practices</b> to industry standards.</li><li>Drive the <b>design and development of RIC/xApp/rApp software</b> that leverages our unique cluster-level awareness.</li><li>Collaborate on the <b>optimization of cellular infrastructure applications</b> on both cloud-based X86 and ARM platforms.</li><li>Actively <b>support product delivery activities and Proof of Concepts (PoCs)</b>, ensuring seamless execution and successful outcomes.</li><li><b>Analyze and enhance product performance</b>, continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability.</li><li><b>Translate complex technical specifications</b> into actionable software requirements and detailed development plans.</li></ul><h3>What you should have:</h3><ul><li><b>5+ years of experience in software development</b>, with a strong focus on cloud-native applications.</li><li><b>Strong programming skills in cloud-native environments</b>, preferably Go.</li><li><b>Excellent communication and collaboration skills</b> with a proven ability to work effectively within an agile team.</li><li><b>Familiarity with the entire software development lifecycle</b>, including documentation, design, implementation, unit tests, and debugging skills.</li><li>Extensive experience with <b>cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, DB’s, and container orchestration</b>.</li><li>Hands-on experience with<b> observability tools, cloud scaling, and dependency management in cloud environments</b></li><li>Proficiency in <b>microservices development, API design, and messaging frameworks</b> (such as Kafka, gRPC, REST).</li><li>Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Helm, and Terraform - advantage</li><li>Familiarity with O-RAN architecture, RIC platforms, and E2 interface protocols is a plus - advantage</li><li>A <b>systematic problem-solving approach</b>, coupled with a strong sense of ownership and drive.</li><li><b>Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks</b> (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) for RAN optimization - advantage.</li></ul><h3>Education:</h3><ul><li>B.Sc./ M.Sc /B.Tech /M.Tech in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering</li></ul>
