<div>We are looking for a Sr. Tech Lead  4G/5G Engineer to design, implement, and optimize advanced cellular communication systems for our 4G product.</div><div>We are looking for proficient candidates with an experience in 4G/5G development systems.</div><h3>What youll do:</h3><ul><li>You will be responsible for the full development process of L2/L3 embedded protocol stack, including design, coding, unit testing, debugging, and integration. As a 4G stack Principal Engineer, you will develop new features/environment for Parallel Wireless future products and debug existing solutions which are used by our customers around the world.</li></ul><h3>What you should have:</h3><ul><li>15 + years of experience in C/C++ development of embedded/real-time components of a multi-threaded system</li><li>Strong with real-time (RT) memory management and CPU optimization</li><li>10+ years of experience in 4G/5G Cellular systems and specific in the U-Plane areas (MAC/RLC/PDCP/EGTP).</li><li>Good understanding of 3GPP communication and SCTP/TCP protocols. Ability to translate L2/L3 standards and specifications towards efficient implementation.</li><li>Experience with management of developer team</li><li>Strong communication skills.</li><li>Strong foundation in troubleshooting and debugging.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a global multi-site organization.</li><li>Hands-on experience with SW development methodologies: Design documentation, implementation, unit testing.</li><li>Linux user application development experience.</li></ul><h3>Advantage:</h3><ul><li>Experience with a Kubernetes and Docker development environment - understanding containerization concepts, building and managing Docker images</li></ul><h3>Education:</h3><ul><li>B.Sc in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or top IDF software development unit.</li></ul>
