<div><span>We are looking for a talented and motivated PHY Software Engineer to join our growing team in developing physical layer solutions for ‘all the Gs’. </span></div><div><span>If you are passionate about software engineering and motivated by a hands-on, impactful and meaningful role in a fast-paced, collaborative startup, we want to hear from you! </span></div><h3>What you’ll do: </h3><ul><li>Take an active role in the full development life cycle of cutting edge 4G PHY features, from initial design through implementation to integration in an end-to-end system. </li><li>Implement product features in C++, using all your skills to produce highly efficient solutions. </li><li>Create and implement test plans to validate functional and compute performance (within our continuous integration environment) </li><li>Drive the system integration of new features, working with teams in UK, Israel, and India </li><li>Work within a well-equipped laboratory with state-of-the-art test tools – RF equipment, UE emulators, commercial UEs </li></ul><h3>What you should have: </h3><ul><li>At least 2 years of hands-on experience with C and/or C++ programming </li><li>High motivation, analytic thinking with a passion for communication technologies and eagerness to learn and share knowledge. </li><li>Superb interpersonal skills and ability to work within (and be part of) a team of professionals. </li></ul><h3>Nice to have: </h3><ul><li>Knowledge/Experience in wireless communication protocols with emphasis on physical layer, ideally 4G/5G </li><li>Experience in development for Embedded / Realtime environments  </li><li>Linux environment experience </li><li>Scripting Knowledge (Python, Shell, regex, etc) </li><li>Debugging/Profiling skills and creative approaches to optimization and ownership of unseen Modules </li><li>Fluency in English </li><li>Working with Lab Equipment like UE simulators, RF test equipment (Signal generators, EXM)</li></ul><h3>Education:</h3><ul><li>BSc in Electronics, Communication engineering, Computer/SW engineering, Signal      processing or other Engineering relevant discipline</li></ul>
