Join us as we lead the future of telecommunications, driving innovation through green and sustainable networks. </span><a href="https://www.parallelwireless.com/mission-and-vision/">Learn more about our mission, vision and values</a><span>.  </span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>We are looking for a </span>Solution Sales Engineer<span> Director to join our global sales team. </span></div><h3>What you will do:</h3><ul><li>Provide Sales leadership with technical support sales process.</li><li>Be a thought leader and trusted advisor to MNOs Technical Managers </li><li>Document (via diagram &amp; description) complete solution (RAN &amp; others) to describe the benefits of our products.</li><li>Follow industry technology trends through self-study and formal training.</li><li>Serve as regional subject matter expert for our product offering and industry trends.</li><li>Clearly communicate customer’s requirements to our teams responsible for the development implementation, and ongoing support of Parallel Wireless solution.</li><li>Develop technical sales material for customer engagement.</li><li>Support Parallel Wireless targets (Sales &amp; Marketing) in your region &amp; globally.</li><li>Maintain a solid relationship with key technical stakeholders and develop new relations with existing &amp; new MNOs</li></ul><h3>What you should have:</h3><ul><li>At least 10+ years of professional experience and track record working in Solution Sales Engineering working with MNOs</li><li>Deep understanding of Radio Access Network/OSS and Core across 2G/ 4G &amp; 5G – <b>Must.</b></li><li>Extensive knowledge of the MNOs world and cellular network in particular - <b>Must</b>.</li><li>Extensive verbal and written communication skills and interacting with technical executives, including high standard and quality presentation and proposal writing – <b>Must</b>.</li><li>Exceptional organization skills with ability to articulate and gain client mind share.</li><li>Ability to work independently on numerous activities and prioritize properly to meet deadlines.</li><li>Ability and flexibility to travel to meet clients in the region – up to 30%.</li></ul>
