<div><span>We are looking for a 4G Senior  System Integration Engineer to deliver innovative functionalities to our customers and optimize our next-generation of Open-RAN base-station products in LTE. </span></div><h3>What youll do: </h3><ul><li>Ensure the Product conformance to the Technology Specifications (Open RAN, 3GPP). </li><li>Contribute to review the design of new radio cellular features (e.g. rate adaptation, power control, scheduler, interference mitigation);  </li><li>Challenge the implemented solutions and suggest improvements. </li><li>Take ownership of features from early Proof of Concept, then during their SW implementation and release to customers. </li><li>Analyze cellular systems issues reported from internal labs or observed in the field by customers. </li></ul><h3>What you should have: </h3><ul><li><b>Expertise level in 3GPP Radio protocols (on LTE or 5G) - Must</b></li><li>Good knowledge of wireless communication theory. </li><li>Product and Customer-oriented, with a high curiosity for Innovative solutions. </li><li>Experienced system engineer, including specification definition, verification, SW development methodologies. </li><li>Excellent communication skills, and ability to thrive in a global multi-site environment. </li><li>Fluent English. </li></ul><h3>Education: </h3><ul><li>B.Sc. with a major in communication theory and systems and/or signal processing. </li></ul>
