The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales by providing technical support and expertise during the pre-sales process. This position requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of our solutions, and the ability to build strong relationships with potential clients.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements.</li><li>Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Papaya Globals solutions to prospective clients.</li><li>Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Papaya Globals offering and competitive advantages.</li><li>Collaborate with departments such as Product, Integrations, Payroll, and Customer Success to design solutions and relay feedback.</li><li>Contribute to providing technical responses to RFPs &amp; RFIs</li><li>Provide technical expertise and support during the entire sales cycle, including post-sale handoff to the implementation team.</li></ul>Note:<ul><li>This is a salaried position with a bonus/commission component.</li><li>Occasional travel may be required. We offer flexible working arrangements, including remote, hybrid, or in-office.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of related experience, preferably within Global Payroll, HR and SaaS industries.</li><li>Strong technical acumen and the ability to quickly learn and articulate new ideas.</li><li>Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.</li></ul>Mindset:<ul><li>Proactive self-starter - we are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.
