<p>PandaDoc is seeking a <strong>Staff Frontend Engineer</strong> to join our <strong>Application Platform track</strong>, specifically in the <strong>Surfaces (Core UX)</strong> area — a team dedicated to building and evolving the core frontend infrastructure and user experience foundations that power the PandaDoc application.</p> <p>We’re looking for an experienced engineer passionate about crafting high-quality user interfaces, elevating developer experience, and shaping platform-wide frontend strategy at scale. You’ll play a <strong>critical role in defining the technical vision for our shared components, performance tooling, and frontend architecture</strong> — helping us scale PandaDoc’s UI and design system across 35+ product teams.</p> <h3><strong>About Surfaces (Core UX)</strong></h3> <p>Surfaces is the foundational team for PandaDoc’s frontend experience.
