<p>PandaDoc is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager of Solutions Engineering to lead our Solutions Engineering team. As a leader of this critical function, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of pre-sales for Solutions Engineers. This includes overseeing a group of 7 solutions engineers located across the US and EU. You will be accountable for shaping the future of how PandaDoc supports customers through technical expertise, integrations, and solutions.</p> <p>As the Manager, you will have a strategic influence on shaping our solutions engineering processes, tools, and overall approach to delivering best-in-class solutions to our clients. Your role will be to coach, train, and upskill your team to produce strong results. The Solutions Engineers responsibility should be to help our customers meet technical fit through a combination of effective communication, problem-solving, and technical expertise.
