<p>The Data Team at PandaDoc is currently overhauling existing processes and creating a cutting-edge insights infrastructure from the ground up. We have a reporting line directly to the CTO and co-founder of PandaDoc, so we have an ideal environment for visibility and impact generation.</p> <p>Currently, we have 3 teams inside the Data organization: Product Analytics, GTM Analytics, and Data Engineering (Data &amp; Analytics Engineering). As a GTM Analyst you will report directly to the Director of Data Analytics, and will have the opportunity to shape the roadmap for data workstreams and sales funnel optimization.</p> <p>We have two main priorities for the 2025 year:</p> <ul> <li>Migrate to new infrastructure (Snowflake, Airbyte, Segment, Select Star, Monte Carlo, dbt, various BI tools) to ensure we remain at the forefront of industry trends, revising existing processes, building a strong data model, and creating standards as we go</li> <li>Generate impact by using data to find and address the biggest opportunities and key problems in different areas of the business</li> </ul> <p>Our Vision is to be the source of data and go-to recommendation engine for departments across the company... we just need you to join us and help us get there!</p> <h2>In this role, you will:</h2> <ul> <li>Analyze firmographic and conversion data to identify trends, customer behaviors, and areas for improvement.</li> <li>Collaborate with sales leaders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for initiatives.</li> <li>Create detailed reports and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.</li> <li>Assist in defining funnel optimization opportunities and customer stories based on data-driven insights.</li> <li>Contribute to foundational data efforts, such as metric and model definition</li> <li>Grow impactful relationships with cross-functional partners and stakeholders</li> <li>Present findings from research and experimentation to technical and non-technical audiences</li> </ul> <h2>About you:</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor Degree ideally in a quantitative field (mathematics, statistics, economics, etc)</li> <li>2+ years of experience in a GTM/sales/marketing analyst or similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).</li> <li>Strong understanding of statistical inference, experimental design, and analytic bias</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively in with a wide variety of technical abilities and levels of leadership</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.</li> </ul> <h2>You’ll get bonus points if you:</h2> <ul> <li>have worked for a B2B startup in the past</li> <li>have proficiency in Python/R for modeling and manipulating large datasets</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>The annual OTE for this role is between $120,000-$150,000</strong></p> <h2><strong>Company Overview: </strong></h2> <p>PandaDoc empowers more than 60,000 growing organizations to thrive by taking the work out of document workflow.
