<h1><strong>About the Role</strong></h1> <p>We are hiring a <strong>Director of Product, Core Platform &amp; Mobile</strong> to build and lead a team focused on unifying user experience across PandaDoc’s web and mobile applications. </p> <p>Surfaces is where PandaDoc meets its users every day. This team is responsible for creating elegant, fast, and reliable experiences across mobile, web, and recipient-facing touchpoints. As Director of Product for Surfaces, you will own the experience layer of our platform—how customers and their recipients interact with documents, collaborate, and navigate the product across web, mobile and chat/ai.</p> <p> </p> <h2>In this role, you will:</h2> <p>You will lead a cross-functional product group that spans:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Mobile</strong>: Our iOS and Android applications and mobile-first experiences.</li> <li><strong>Recipient Experience</strong>: The PandaDoc document viewing, signing, and collaboration surface with 5M+ MAUs.</li> <li><strong>Collaboration</strong>: In-document and cross-document collaboration features that drive adoption and retention.</li> <li><strong>Design Framework Adoption</strong>: In partnership with our VPUX, you will ensure our UI kit, design system, and visual language are adopted consistently across teams.</li> <li><strong>Critical Flows &amp; UX</strong>: You will lead teams polishing our top user journeys (create, send, sign, pay) and improving information architecture across the platform.<br /><br /></li> </ul> <p>This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of usability, design, and scale.</p> <p> </p> <h2>About you:</h2> <ul> <li>8+ years of product management and design experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.</li> <li>Strong background in <strong>user experience, design systems, and collaboration products</strong>; experience scaling recipient-facing surfaces (consumer-grade SaaS or marketplace a plus).</li> <li>Proven success shipping mobile apps at scale .</li> <li>Track record of improving <strong>critical flows and IA</strong> in a complex product.</li> <li>Well versed in agentic AI, technical and hands-on enough to build your own agents.</li> <li>Exceptional leadership skills: able to inspire, mentor, and drive alignment across multiple product areas.</li> <li>Analytical and data-driven, but equally comfortable advocating for usability and design polish.
