PandaDoc is looking for a Demo Engineer - a technically skilled, detail-oriented professional who will own the management, maintenance, and evolution of our internal demo environments. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes expert ensuring our Solutions Engineers, Account Executives, and Account Managers have powerful, reliable, and relevant demo experiences to share with prospects and customers. This is a role with high visibility across Sales, Marketing, Product and Enablement. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to stabilize and standardize our demo instances, integrate with critical third-party tools, create compelling new demo scenarios, and enable our go-to-market teams to deliver them with confidence. <h2>In this role, you will:</h2> <ul> <li>Own and manage demo environments across multiple PandaDoc organizations and workspaces.</li> <li>Maintain and update integrations with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Dynamics, SugarCRM, Monday.com), HR systems (Greenhouse, BambooHR), payment gateways (Stripe, Authorize.net, PayPal), accounting platforms (QuickBooks Online), collaboration tools (Zapier, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Slack) and more.</li> <li>Leverage APIs, webhooks, SDK, and embedded capabilities to create customized demo experiences.</li> <li>Partner with Product Marketing to design, script, and update demo flows that highlight business value and use cases.</li> <li>Develop Guideflow demos and recordings for high-velocity sales motions, marketing campaigns, and other initiatives where guided click-through experiences provide value.</li> <li>Collaborate with Product Management and Sales Enablement to ensure demo content stays up to date with new product capabilities and GTM messaging.</li> <li>Proactively identify and resolve bugs, errors, and issues within the demo environment.</li> <li>Intake, prioritize, and execute requests for new demo capabilities or updates.</li> <li>Partner with Product Marketing and Enablement to enable sellers and SEs on new demo content - delivering internal training sessions and explaining the “why it matters” behind changes.</li> <li>Track and document demo environment configuration, integration details, and usage guidelines.</li> </ul> <h2>About you:</h2> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering, Demo Engineering, Technical Consulting, or similar technical role.</li> <li>Proven track record managing complex SaaS environments with multiple integrations.</li> <li>Strong technical proficiency with APIs, webhooks, SDKs, and embedded tools.</li> <li>Experience integrating and troubleshooting CRM, HR, payment, accounting, and collaboration platforms.</li> <li>Ability to create and script demo flows that communicate product value and resonate with business audiences.</li> <li>Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Enablement teams.</li> <li>Highly organized with strong documentation and process skills.</li> <li>Self-starter who can own projects end-to-end.</li> </ul> <h2>It would be awesome if you had (bonus points): </h2> <ul> <li>Experience with document management, eSignature, or workflow platforms.</li> <li>Prior experience maintaining a dedicated demo environment for a SaaS company.</li> <li>Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) for demo customization.</li> <li>Experience creating click-through demos or guided experiences with tools like Guideflow.</li> </ul> <h2>Why youll love working here:</h2> <ul> <li>Opportunity to be the go-to technical expert powering our sales demos.</li> <li>High-impact role influencing how PandaDoc is showcased to the market.</li> <li>Collaborative, fast-paced, and high-growth environment.</li> <li>Competitive compensation and benefits.</li> </ul> <h2>Types of backgrounds that fit this role:</h2> <ul> <li>Solutions Engineer with significant demo customization responsibilities.</li> <li>Demo Specialist / Demo Engineer in a SaaS company.</li> <li>Technical Consultant managing integrated SaaS platforms.</li> <li>Implementation Engineer with strong API/integration experience and an interest in demo strategy.</li> <li>System Administrator or Platform Owner for a document automation or CRM-integrated SaaS environment.</li> </ul> <h2>Company Overview: </h2> PandaDoc empowers more than 60,000 growing organizations to thrive by taking the work out of document workflow.
