This is an exciting, innovative and high growth business unit within Palo Alto Networks. Prisma Browser is the comprehensive Secure Browser solution, securing the workspace on any device with best-in-class security capabilities. Companies can now easily safeguard work for contractors, hybrid and remote workers, regardless of whether they are at home, on the go, or in the office. Prisma Browser is already securing work for over 6 million users worldwide.As a Sales Director, you will lead a team of field sellers and help formulate and execute a strategy to maximize business growth, outpacing the great success Prisma Browser saw in FY25. You are instrumental in developing and managing your team to generate pipeline, revenue and achieve individual and team quotas. Engage in executive-level discussions with CIOs and CISOs in North America, translating complex cybersecurity solutions into clear business value propositions.</li><li> Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales engineers, product, marketing, R&amp;D, BDR and alliances, to support deal execution and customer success.</li><li> Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies, leveraging forecasting and pipeline management tools to optimize team performance.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3>Your Experience <ul><li>10+ years of field sales experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a director and above role.</li><li>Proven ability to lead and develop high-performance sales teams in a high-growth environment with a large quota/deals</li><li>Strong understanding of complex solution sales methodologies, value selling and enterprise buying processes with operational discipline</li><li>Experience selling SASE, SWG, SSE, EDR or CASB solutions is highly preferred.</li><li>Established relationships with F500 security decision-makers (CIOs, CISOs) and the ability to drive strategic conversations.</li><li>Expertise in channel and partner sales strategies, with a deep understanding of go-to-market models.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed sales organization with a focus on continuous expansion and customer success</li><li>“Whatever it takes” attitude and motivation to deliver above quota performance</li><li>Desire and ability to travel domestically as needed to support team members, engage strategic customers and business needs.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3>The TeamPalo Alto Networks has brought technology to the market that is reshaping the cybersecurity threat and protection landscape. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $414000 - $482925. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
