This role is critical to ensuring accurate financial reporting and SEC compliance. You’ll work directly on quarterly and annual filings while supporting technical accounting initiatives that drive business decisions.</div><div><br /></div><div>We’re looking for a candidate who embraces challenges with a positive outlook and is eager to expand their skills alongside the company’s growth. Our ideal team member is someone who actively seeks to enhance and streamline our processes, moving beyond existing methods to achieve better results.  </div><h3>Core Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Prepare and review quarterly financial statements and SEC filings (Form 10-Q, 10-K, etc.) </li><li>Maintain disclosure checklists and ensure compliance with GAAP and disclosure requirements</li><li>Execute complex accounting for equity transactions including: stock-based compensation calculations and journal entries, earnings per share computations, and share repurchase accounting and analysis</li><li>Stay up-to-date on changes to accounting standards and proactively identify potential impacts to the Company’s financial statements</li><li>Support ad hoc projects, analysis and management reporting initiatives</li></ul><h3>What We Value</h3><ul><li>Big 4 public accounting experience with SEC reporting focus</li><li>Demonstrated project management and cross-functional collaboration skills</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities</li><li>Proactive problem-solving mindset with attention to detail</li><li>Experience with financial reporting software and XBRL tagging tools</li></ul><h3>What We Require</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting with CPA license</li><li>4+ years of relevant accounting experience</li><li>Background with financial reporting and/or SEC filings (S-1, 10K, 10Q, XBRL tagging)</li></ul><div><b>Salary</b></div><div><br /></div><div><span>The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $85,000 - $142,000/year. Total compensation for this position may also include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus, and other potential future incentives. Further note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors.
