We’re now expanding our Dutch Sales team to bring our innovative approach to even more clients.. We’re looking for a motivated Team Assistant (f/m/d) to support our Business Development team in the Netherlands. Please note that you have to be permanently based within the Netherlands in order to apply. <ul><li>Handle day-to-day organizational and administrative tasks that keep our team running smoothly</li><li>Create and maintain compelling company presentations, product demos, documents, and reports for the Business Development team.</li><li>Set up and maintain client accounts on our digital platform.</li><li>Keep our CRM system up-to-date and help to continuously improve it to drive sales intelligence and efficiency further. </li><li>Coordinate the planning and organization of our participation in trade shows and other events</li><li>Support our sales efforts by helping with lead generation, client meeting preparations, and follow-up processes.</li></ul><ul><li>Completed vocational training in in an office environment or a comparable qualification.</li><li>Relevant experience in the administrative and operational team support, ideally in a dynamic environment. </li><li>Enthusiasm for new technologies with exceptional MS Office skills.</li><li>A highly structured, independent, and organized work approach.</li><li>Fluent professional communication skills in both Dutch and English - additional European languages are a plus!</li></ul>Transparency, Execution, Ownership, Customer Centricity, Innovation, and Integrity are important to us, and we at PAIR Finance embody these values.
