  • Process Automation & Optimization:
You identify gaps in our provider landscape and existing setups, define requirements, and work with Tech to implement data-driven automation projects. Your focus: stable integrations, cost reductions, and measurable increases in VBR satisfaction or recovery performance.
  • Vendor & Provider Management:
You manage international service providers in areas like communication, scoring, court and address data. You ensure that SLAs, interfaces, and reporting run smoothly. You drive feature negotiations, monitor performance, and lead RFPs or vendor evaluations when needed.

  • Strong communication skills with a proven track record of managing cross-functional stakeholders
  • Proficient in process modeling (e.g., BPMN) and producing thorough, structured documentation
  • Comfortable working with data, including performing analyses, evaluating cost-benefit scenarios, and tracking KPIs
  • Experience in procurement processes and negotiating contracts, particularly with technology vendors
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
