Apply now and join our international team that’s transforming the traditional debt collection industry with innovation and passion!<ul><li>Confidently communicate with clients, consumers, and third parties via email, chat, and letter, providing solution-oriented and professional support for their inquiries.</li><li>Handle legal matters such as requests from debt counseling agencies, respond to legal claims, and act as the primary contact for bailiffs regarding court files.</li><li>Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for colleagues, clients, and customers on complex technical and legal issues.</li><li>Process cases efficiently and maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems.</li><li>Gather feedback from clients and customers to help drive improvements in our technology and services.</li><li>Continuously develop internal processes and structures to enhance team performance and effectiveness.</li></ul><ul><li>Several years (5+) of experience in customer service with a focus on receivables management/debt collection.</li><li>Passion for contributing to fast-paced environments and to continuously improve processes and standards.</li><li>Mandatory business fluent communication skills in Dutch and English (written and spoken)</li><li>Good MS Office skills and a passion for new technologies such as AI.</li><li>A completed MBO level 4 education is mandatory.</li><li>A completed NVI basic course is a requirement and a completed NVI problematic debt course is a plus.</li><li>Do you also have debt collection experience in the Belgian market?
