This role sits at the intersection of brand, performance, and product, and is responsible for transforming Paddle’s digital surfaces into high-performance, high-conversion engines that support our PLG and sales-led growth.You’ll lead a cross-functional web team (design, dev, UX, content, and experimentation) with full accountability for performance, conversion, velocity of execution, and alignment across teams. This is a dynamic growth function. You’ll use AI to accelerate design, prototyping, and personalisation, ensuring rapid iterations and continuous testing to meet aggressive pipeline and revenue goals.What youll do: <ul><li>Strategy &amp; Roadmap: Define the vision and roadmap for <a target="_blank" href="http://paddle.com">paddle.com</a> and other digital surfaces, balancing brand storytelling, product clarity, conversion, and speed.</li><li>Performance &amp; Conversion: Own end-to-end performance, from traffic through to key actions (sign-ups, demo requests, pricing page visits, PQL triggers).</li><li>Design Velocity &amp; Experimentation: Use AI design and prototyping tools to rapidly test and iterate UX, copy, and layouts.</li><li>PLG &amp; Sales Motion Enablement: Build seamless, distinct journeys for self-serve and sales-led visitors. Optimise CTA strategy, user flows, and intent signalling for each motion.</li><li>SEO &amp; Organic Growth: Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure SEO is embedded across web, content, and growth initiatives. Partner closely with the SEO Marketing Manager to ensure most effective execution of technical, on-page, and content optimisation, to deliver qualified organic traffic growth and competitive rankings across all ICPs and segments.</li><li>Content &amp; Messaging: Collaborate with Product Marketing and Brand to ensure copy, messaging, and structure align to ICPs, segments, and commercial priorities.</li><li>Experimentation &amp; CRO: Build a test-and-learn culture. Implement frameworks for rapid A/B and multivariate testing. Drive continuous improvements to conversion rates.</li><li>Tech Stack &amp; Site Performance: Lead dev resources to ensure the site is fast, stable, and scalable.
