This role calls for someone who thrives in both strategy and execution - crafting hiring plans, sourcing top talent, and creating a candidate experience that stands out.</div><div><br /></div><div>This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada</div><h3>💥 The impact you will have</h3><ul><li>Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM &amp; G&amp;A roles, with a specialty in Marketing and Sales talent.</li><li>Recruit and build high-performing, scalable teams that directly increase our talent density.</li><li>Partner with leaders to set and hit ambitious hiring goals.</li><li>Spot bottlenecks in the hiring process and implement smart solutions quickly.</li><li>Deliver a candidate experience that leaves every applicant impressed.</li><li>Balance high-volume interviews with laser-focused sourcing strategies.</li></ul><h3>🤝 Who you’ll work with</h3><ul><li>GTM and G&amp;A leaders to deeply understand their hiring needs.</li><li>Talent Coordination, HR and People Ops partners to align on candidate scheduling, process and onboarding.</li><li>A collaborative and enthusiastic TA team that shares best practices and raises the bar together.</li></ul><h3>✅ What we’re looking for</h3><ul><li>8+ years of recruiting experience (mix of agency + in-house strongly preferred).</li><li>Proven success in building GTM &amp; G&amp;A teams, with expertise in sourcing candidates for performance marketing, growth/brand marketing (this is non-negotiable)</li><li>Background in a performance marketing agency specializing in growth = big plus.</li><li>Skilled in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and managing high-volume pipelines and recruiter activity (30+ calls a week)</li><li>Operationally sharp - able to diagnose bottlenecks, build process for yourself and teams and move quickly to execute and adopt.</li><li>Trusted partner to Talent Coordination, Hiring Managers, HR, and People Ops with strong stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Experiments with AI and emerging recruiting tools to increase speed, efficiency, and quality across sourcing, process, and workflows.</li><li>Obsessed with delivering a top-tier candidate experience.</li><li>Thrives in fast-paced, scaling environments and loves building culture through hiring.</li></ul><h3>🏆 Pay and benefits</h3><ul><li>The estimated starting base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and location.
