This is a hands-on leadership role where you will serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for campaign execution from start to finish.</p><p>Youll lead the project with creative teams and a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders, from Product Marketing and Legal to our Web, Retail, and Paid Media teams, to ensure seamless and on-time delivery. Your focus will be on bringing our brand vision to life through a variety of assets, including photoshoots, film, CGI, animation, experiential, etc, on schedule, on budget, and well communicated. You thrive in a creative-first environment and know how to transform big ideas into visually stunning, brand-consistent content that resonates with a global audience. </p><h3>What You Will Do</h3><ul> <li>Campaign Management:</li> <ul> <li>Oversee the global production of integrated marketing campaigns/launches from concept to completion. Examples of channels you would lead production:</li> <ul> <li>Out-of-Home</li> <li>Broadcast, OTT, Digital videos</li> <li>Ouraring.com </li> <li>Social media </li> <li>Lifecycle  </li> <li>Retail</li> </ul> <li>Coordinate with creative teams, PMMs, and Integrated Lead to develop and execute campaign strategies.</li> <li>Ensure that campaigns align with Oura’s objectives and brand guidelines.</li> <li>Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient and effective production.</li> <li>Excellent communication on project status to leadership and cross functional teams. </li> </ul> <li>Producing</li> <ul> <li>Lead cross-functional teams to execute global marketing projects, from conception to delivery, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and deadlines are met. </li> <li>Be a strategic thinker and problem-solver who can effectively manage complex creative projects.</li> <li>Have a deep understanding of the creative process, as well as strong organizational and communication skills.</li> </ul> <li>Team Leadership:</li> <ul> <li>Assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, and provide guidance to ensure project success.</li> <li>Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.</li> </ul> <li>Vendor Management:</li> <ul> <li>Manage relationships with external vendors, including production companies, post-production houses, and talent agencies.</li> <li>Negotiate contracts, manage budgets effectively, and ensure quality deliverables.</li> </ul> <li>Budget Management:</li> <ul> <li>Develop and manage project budgets.</li> <li>Track expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure that projects are delivered within budget.</li> </ul> <li>Quality Control:</li> <ul> <li>Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.</li> <li>Conduct quality assurance reviews and provide feedback to creative teams.</li> <li>Host post-mortems to continuously improve over iterations. </li> </ul> </ul><ul> <li>7+ years of experience in integrated marketing production.</li> <li>Proven track record of successfully managing complex campaigns across multiple channels.</li> <li>Experience in CG, photography/video production, print design, or digital advertising. Knowledge of industry-standard production workflows and processes. </li> <li>Experience working with international agencies or in global markets, including localization. Oura is scaling fast and we need expertise in global asset production.</li> <li>Proficiency in project management tools, marketing automation/reporting tools, and analytics platforms i.e. Asana, Gira, Workday.</li> <li>Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li> <li>Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and technologies.</li> </ul><h3>Skills</h3><ul> <li>Adaptability &amp; Speed: You need to be flexible and open to shifting roles, timelines, responsibilities, and priorities.
