The FP&A team at Oura plays an important part in delivering our company mission. We are a highly visible function responsible for delivering mission-critical analytics and insights to leadership and key stakeholders. To further our impact, we are looking for a Manager to join our global FP&A team. This role will report to the Head of GTM FP&A and will partner across all GTM functions.  You’ll play an integral role overseeing revenue forecasting, driving revenue strategy, communicating with executive leadership, and shaping strategic narratives for internal and external stakeholders.

Location: Pacific time zone preferred, but open to candidates across the US

What You will do:

  • Partner closely with executive leadership; including the CFO, CMO, CCO and other senior stakeholders, to drive revenue strategy and decision-making
  • Lead monthly / quarterly / annual revenue reporting processes
  • Own internal messaging on revenue performance and standardize / implement revenue reporting hierarchies
  • Own the continued development and expansion of the revenue forecasting model
  • Manage the rollout of revenue forecasting within a tool while deepening insights for key business partners
  • Deepen understanding of membership forecasting dynamics and evolve membership revenue forecasting model
  • You will partner with Finance Systems teams to create tools and reports that allow for more streamlined forecasting, accurate reporting, and better insight; contribute to system enhancements or new system implementations
  • Partner with revenue accounting to ensure all revenue reporting processes are GAAP compliant and working as anticipated

We would love to have You on our team, if You have:

  • 8+ years of relevant finance experience, FP&A experience is a plus
  • 3+ years building and/or operating a revenue FP&A function 
  • Forecasted complex consumer goods businesses
  • Ability to operate at all levels, with an eye on the strategic big picture, while able to be hands-on when needed
  • Experience managing and motivating employees and fostering their growth and development
  • Experience influencing executive level decision-makers and presenting to people at all levels of the organization with varying levels of financial literacy
  • Financial experience including general knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles and accrual accounting, full P&L familiarity, and fluency across many different revenue accounting scenarios
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, experience working with data visualization tools (eg. Tableau) preferred
  • Strong proficiency working in ERP systems (Netsuite preferred)
